You can't force it.
Chances are if you try then will like you less.

The most probable way for her to change her mind would be if you gave up on your feelings for her in all seriousness and somehow stayed friends (only if she wants that) and just went about your way focusing on improving yourself and pursue other women/goals. Because it's the mature thing to do. At that point though you'll not be interested un her anymore so it defeats the point.

But honestly, best advice is to not become so invested in your emotions early on. How? You get other things to do on your freetime that requires you to concentrate on something else.
A good rule is:
- If your emotions aren't reciprocated then they serve no purpose and are to be discarded.
- Or, the best way to care about someone that don't feel the same is to let them have their own life and be supportive of that.
- Few things are as scary for a women as a man who can't take a 'No'. If you care then you don't want to scare her, so move on.

Lots goes into attraction and mutual feelings for each other. If she says she's not into you can trust that's true and probly nothing you can do. If you care about her, you'll respectfully accept her feelings and move on. Sorry she did not have the same interest as you.
