So, today I went for a meeting with a lady. I'm in a foreign country where I don't speak the language and I own her through a language learning app. Then we went on a walk around the park. After that she invited me to her friend's place where there are 2 of her lady friends there. And then we drank some wine with sole food and chatted a lot and had fun. After that end of the day I told her "I just reached home. Let me know when you'll reach. I had a great day today. Let's hangout soon" and then she replied me "I’m at home ). The spontaneous solution are the best😄 I had a fun time!" so how should I do things? Should I just ask on Sunday morning, "would you like to go on a dinner date?" Or how should I move forward from now? Or just meet with her more? Or just simply ask if she's interested in dating me?

It's great that you had a good time with this lady and that you've been able to connect with her through a language learning app. Moving forward, it's important to communicate openly and honestly with her about your intentions and feelings.
If you're interested in exploring a romantic relationship with her, it's okay to ask her if she's interested in dating. However, it's important to approach the conversation with empathy and understanding, and to respect her feelings and boundaries.
Before asking her out on a dinner date, you could try to spend more time getting to know her and building a connection. You could suggest hanging out in a casual setting, such as going for a walk or grabbing a coffee, and see how things progress from there.
The key to any successful relationship is communication, honesty, and respect. Keep these principles in mind as you continue to build a connection with this lady, and be patient and understanding as you navigate the challenges of language and cultural differences.
