Sure, as long as you understand that by doing so, you are giving a random girl the opportunity to take away your freedoms, falsely accuse you or have you imprisoned. There are new laws in some areas making this an arrestible offense. In short, by approaching you are giving her the freedom to decide your freedom. If you think this is worth it... go ahead.
