What should I give to my coworkers on my last day?

I have about 200 coworkers, all of them have been very nice, sweet, attentive and kind to me.

When they heard I might get another job, they were very upset, one girl even got her eyes teary and asked me to stay.

I feel like they are really nice people and I wish to give something memorable to each one of them, something that will make all of them happy equally, including the managers, housekeepers and security. Something that will remind them of me and make them realize that their kindness, every single help, smile and lit up face when seeing me - has been appreciated.

I think that's very sweet of you. Especially for 200. Anything you can personalize would be lovely, and anything that you can tie in to a personal experience at work would be better. I like someone else's suggestion. Do you bake/cook? If you can't find anything lasting, you could make a nummy of some sort.

I am just lucky I think, people I work with, are almost always very nice.

At my first ever real job, when I quit it, they threw 2 Goodbye parties for me. I still meet up with some of them when I am in my country.

200 people. Buying them all something individually , it could set you back $1,000, depending on what you buy.

I know you said you aren't good at cooking / baking but that doesn't mean you aren't capable of baking some cupcakes or even cookies for them and also giving them a personalised message. Baking cakes is simple if you buy the pre-made store mixture in the box

My first idea is a book of gratitude with a page for each person.
Maybe a poster or artwork that can be hung.
A new coffee/cappuccino machine for the break room.
A plaque.

When I left a job my co workers had a party for me and I got some gifts. That is how it is supposed to work. But I wrote everyone a very thoughtful e mail and some that I was really close to I sent them a more personal message with all my contact info. I still meet up with one person from there.

what about dedicating a song to them and have it played over the intercom as you read a heartfelt message about how you enjoyed working with a bunch of professionals that made your life better?

its genuine, its YOU, and they get to hear ur words from your heart. And it will be original. They’d never witnessed this before and they never will again.

You can order pens with a simple saying on it like " smile and enjoy your day love your name ".
They can be ordered on line and cost about 60 cents each.
Pens. com always have sales going on. They will use it every day and think about you
