I'd think they were immature or incapable of expression their emotions or thoughts in words and get bored REALLY quick!
I don't mind emojis every now and then. I use them based on the other person: if they use them? I will. But if it's my job or someone that doesn't use emojis, I avoid them out of respect and professionalism.
But text wise, I prefer sentences, full words, or paragraphs unless it's just a simple one or two word reply.

I'd try to be understanding and patient. Emojis are often used as a quick way to communicate, so I'd ask my partner why they're sending so many emojis instead of responding with words. Then, I'd let them know that I'm open to using more descriptive words or phrases such as "melons," "honkers," "boobies," "tits," "chesticles," "bazoombas," "baps," "coconuts" and "boom boom" to communicate more effectively.
I'd love it and prefer it 😁 it avoids confusing tone or confusing intentions or meanings 😬
