Any mental health issue or neurodivergence need to be actively managed by the person diagnosed in order to be tolerable.
Personally, I don't like to date people who can't manage their own mental health. I deal be with severe anxiety and manage it actively to thrive despite it. I cannot find someone who can't manage themselves to be attractive.
Plus there's a lot of things that will make me stressed when trying to accommodate. Depends on the person, specifically, but my ex was autistic and had massive discomfort around touch, whereas I'm big into touch. That was an irreconcilable difference in our preferences.
