It’s not uncommon for women with autism to be misdiagnosed with ADHD or a double-diagnosis of both. The reason why is because women are usually better at masking bc than autistic men, they have to adapt to the social expectations placed on them and that can lead to misdiagnoses or multiple diagnoses that may or may not be true. ADHD and most ASDs have a lot of overlap in symptoms to begin with, it’s usually harmless. As for other disabilities, I think you would find the percentage faster looking at google than you would here. I’m sure there’s a psych journal or two published about it somewhere.

The diagnostic criteria for Asperger's (back when it was a separate diagnosis) required average or better intelligence; otherwise it'd get a generic autism diagnosis. This is why people with Asperger's are, on average, smarter than most people: because the system was set up to ensure "average" was their minimum.
