My opinion is that she just acknowledged that you have a crush on her and it means nothing more than that.

Crushes are most often a one-sided thing and they are not usually reciprocated. By saying what she did, she simply told you what anyone would say after being told that one has a crush. Don't think too much into it.

If she would have reciprocated your crush, then she would have behaved differently and said something more than just "thanks for letting me know". That sentence sounds kind of cold and unimpressed.
