What does it mean when a girl says "aww thank you!"? how can I tell if she's interested in me or if she I just being friendly?

Like when I got off work and she was working I went up to her just to tell her to have a good night and she said aww thank you!! And she asked me if I was off and I told her I was and she told me to have a good night and other instances she will say hey when she sees me and we have small talk sometimes she gives me a small smile or she smiles but I don't know smh I hope she does because I really like her

Hmm I don't know to be honest. I say things like ''aww thank you'' to guys all the time, because it puts emphasis on how thankful I am. It doesn't necessarily mean that I'm attracted to that guy. So I think the aww thank you part is a bit to vague to make a conclusion off..
But hey, you never know. Maybe the girl is indeed interested in you. I think that the only way for you to really find out is to talk with her a bit more and try to look at her body language, does she looks at ease with you, is she active in the conversation, is she maybe flirting a bit.. If so try to make a move (I can understand that that's scary though). I hope all turns out well, good luck!

You can't tell based on an aw thank you. I said aw thank you this morning to my coworker. Doesn't mean anything. You're being a bit weird. Because you've asked this question already and you're dissecting your interaction with this girl by words. You need to stop being creepy, take a step back and realize that the only way you can tell if someone likes you for sure is if they tell you or want to be around you. Not because a girl is friendly with you. Guys like you scare me.
