Guys, do you appreciate random texts from a girl you're dating?

I've been dating this guy for 4 months now and we have been spending a lot of time together. We talk all the time and see each other daily even if it's just for an hour. I have my moments where I just want to text him how much I appreciate him or other good qualities that I have noticed. However, I don't want to come off as desperate or clingy. Like, I don't want to be too much or scare him because of my feelings.

Do guys get turned off by that?

I don't know if you two are serious or official but once you are don't do that guess and check stuff. Find out the clear type of relationship you both want and then do that. Don't leave things up to chance.

I wouldn't be but there is potential to be turned off. If you insist on immediate replies that could be very annoying. If you get hurt after saying he is fantastic because xyz and he doesn't respond in the same way that could be very annoying.

I usually don’t expect a response at all. And if we aren’t seeing each other that day then it’s just one random text. And usually I won’t text him anymore unless he reaches out or if it’s for a specific reason.
