Somewhat. It is actually commonplace in Japan here. I used to get approached left and right by women in bars and nightclubs despite not being so attractive but our culture doesn't see it like men have to approach women. It did make getting dates easier but maybe good dates harder when you get approached by women all the time.

I've also been "rape-kissed" at times although I think maybe "rape" is too strong a word since I didn't mind it so much. But I've been grabbed by random women 3 times in my life at nightclubs who tongue-kissed me, then I'd have to find the politest way to reject them so careful not to hurt their feelings (and I often still ended up hurting them despite my best efforts).

The one thing I've learned is never date "a fan". The person who thinks everything you say is so cool, that everything you do is so amazing, they're the worst dates ever.
