Do women really that if a man is interested, he will approach you?

I was reading a women’s dating advice magazine and one of the tips read: “If a man is interested, he will approach”. This is so not true. There are a million reasons as to why a guy won’t approach a woman even if he is interested. As women this oblivious?

I don't think they care. Like if a guy is interested but won't approach their perspective is that he probably wasn't worth dating anyways and that someone better will come along soon enough.
