Well this is probably obvious, I had a date with a girl at 11:00 it’s 11:25 now she never confirmed like she said she would and I haven’t heard from her since yesterday

I used to know a girl that would show up over two hours late for dates with guys she was newly seeing as her way of playing hard to get. Also some girls purposely ghost you on the first date to test your interest. But another possibility is she met somebody else or a friend talked her out of it.

Unless she had to go to the hospital or take someone there, there's no excuse for not telling someone anything. She never confirmed either. So, you're not a priority for some reason.

Forget her. She's terribly rude and uncaring. Move on.
