The answer is Weirton, WV! Not far from Pittsburgh so good job to all.

Seeing this picture, I immediately thought of the 1978 Best Picture "The Deer Hunter". That movie took place in Vietnam and in Clairton Pennsylvania (PA), a steel town in western PA. Having driven through western PA numerous times, this clearly looked like western PA or eastern Ohio (OH) or the West Virginia (WV) Northern Panhandle (where Wheeling is and where my wife left a beanbag pillow in a hotel room).

So, initially, I would have guessed western Pennsylvania because of "The Deer Hunter". However, the actual filming location for the town of Clairton was in Mingo Junction OH on the Ohio River which separates OH from WV's Northern Panhandle.

Just north of Mingo Junction and across the Ohio River is Weirton WV about 7 miles by car.

Weirton WV is where your picture above was taken.

Specifically, that white building in the foreground with the red car parked is 3032 West Street, Weirton WV.

@Travis_Skyles Nope. Historically though it was a pretty important place. Weirton Steel was the only steel corporation in America to keep its head above water during the Great Depression. They merged with Detroit’s Great Lakes Steel Corporation and Cleveland’s Hanna Iron Ore Company to form the National Steel Corporation. They became the largest steel company in the world and because of them, we were able to out produce the enemy in WWII. For example Weirton's mills produced Howitzer Shells that were necessary to win the war… Due to America's victory in WWII, the Globalist (Nazi/Communist/Satanists) set to work to destroy Weirton, and the American steel industry in general. Without those mill towns bustling, it’s a national security risk. When war comes, there will not be enough supplies to go around… You know those artillery shells the Ukrainians can’t get enough of and Biden can’t seem to pull out of his ass for his begging Nazi brethren in the Azov Battalion… It’s on full display right now for the entire world to see, but most people are asleep. We need to fix places like Weirton and return American steel to prominence. Manufacturing needs to return to America. Globalism needs to be checked. It’s a matter of survival.
