Is using signage cheating? If not, I just heard one of my favorite rappers reference a hotel in Vegas called Aria, so unless this is a different one of the same name, the palm trees and mountain range in the backdrop give me enough to make LV my educated guess.

I don't think so. We used to play games like this in my geography class. One time the teacher got mad, 'cuz I knew the Greek flag. The class was called "American Cultural Landscapes", and the whole point of the game was to use clues in the landscape to identify the location. So as far as I'm concerned, if it's in the picture, it's fair game.
