No. Don't lower your standards for what you are looking for... within reason. That is the key. If you are looking for supermodel type woman that has a phd in astrophysics then yeah you might wanna lower them a bit. Don't settle just because you aren't finding your dream girl. You may have not met her yet. Don't just be with someone to say you have a girlfriend. That is not going to be a successful relationship.
