Hi, hope this message finds you well. I've been in this phase before, and I'm sure the reason these phases happen in our lives is due to a mix of issues that are unique. For me it was not enjoying my job, feeling unattractive (even if everyone else told me I was) and just not having a clear vision of my future. In my opinion a lot of what attracts someone to another person is how well they know who they are, what they like and where they are going (all things that when you know them build a heck of a lot of confidence). If I could give a recommendation, I'd write down a list of what subjects and topics matter to you, heck maybe even make a mission statement (for example "I seek to be a loving provider for my wife and kids while also pursuing XYZ). Knowing these things really makes a difference in conversations and I find people are attracted to my security in my values and desires. Last opinion here but if you're just using apps, I'd recommend trying coffee shops, volunteering and other activities that will introduce you to more people. If you show up to volunteer at a city clean up or animal shelter (pick something that matters to you) you're likely to meet people who also value those things and boom you've made a new friend (who might know someone ;) or you'll just flat out meet someone. If you lift weights that’ll make you look better and bigger. Walk upright. Also, thats only average height in some African and European countries + US Canada and Australia.

My last point is about money again, but from a hopeless angle. There is no such thing as an incel who has 200 bucks in the bank. I think there is hope if you manage to change your mindset and find friends. The moment you manage to develop a mindset and self view that's optimistic and open to growth you live a different life.

I've also had a phase in my life where I considered myself into the incel and mgtow group but I gave that up when I realised that the main reason I'm not good with other people is because of me thinking bad about myself less because of them. Try to find some hobbies or interests that others could join to create deeper friendships.

Nowadays I'm not in a relationship but I have way more social contacts and friends I regularly meet. I'm also better with women than I was before. So don't give yourself up.
