How to Ensure I Don't Go on a Date with a Woman with Different Personality?

I am asking this question because I wanted to find out how I can exclusively date a woman with same personality traits. Holding everything else equal, I'd rather be a bachelor than date a woman who isn't serious, impatient, & adamant.

Well in order to get to know someone, you have to go on dates. This is a very huge problem with dating today, is people want to cut corners and then get upset when the person they choose doesn’t turn out to be like they imagined
