Is he picking is friends over me?

My boyfriend went on a 10 day trip with his friend last week, and he came back last weekend. The day that he came back I was with my friends bc we made plans to hangout that Saturday.( he was upset that I’m not seeing him that Saturday) so therefore I told him that I will not see my friends at all next weekend, and that we can spend the WHOLE weekend together! Keep in mind I can see him in the week and weekends, I can only see my friends on Fridays or Saturday. I was being nice to him and wanted to spend quality time together. Yesterday his best friend asked him if they can hangout on Saturday, and he said yes. His other friend it also coming back and he is planning on seeing him on Friday night. It breaks my heart, I made sure that my weekend was free for US and bc I only have seen him twice this week. Why does he not make the same effort?

Bottom line, Amy, is that people that do these types of things don't really care as much about you as you do them. Thats only reason. If it was so important to him he would make the time... but he's not and that is what is confusing, because you still think he really is into you. But how could that be true if he is doing this?

And this is the dilemma and we always want to know why, but then we never really find out do we?

No problem, I deal with this scenario over and over and over again in my dating life... at this point I am tired of the excuses... so I don't really waste my time. But you are so much younger than I am, so you have lots of time to live and learn... when right comes I am sure you will know, because you already are learning what wrong looks like.

I think the real question is why can't y'all hang with each others friends at the same time? My friends and their girlfriends/wives always hangout with us too. I don't see why you can't go do stuff like that together.
