It will be more difficult for you to date, but not hold you back 100%. I've seen short guys with girls their own height, and also short guys with girls taller than them. It's not super common, but it exists.

I'm friends with four different guys who are that height. Three of them are married, all by the time they were 23 or younger. The one who isn't married is in that predicament because he doesn't take care of himself and doesn't want to mentally mature past 14 years old.
