So I don’t have good social skills, look wise I’m probably hideous, I’m on the autism spectrum. The only relationship I experienced was an abusive one. I guess how do I accept that I’m simply not desirable that I really don’t have anything to offer.

most of what we look like comes from within. if you're very hard on yourself, your appearance will also look like it. in order to feel better externally you'd have to learn to feel better internally. the only thing you can do when it comes to accepting how things are is by simply putting less attention to it and moving along.
the more you think about it, the more you might struggle to just accept it. at least I found it easier to just shake my head and simply continue with life. there are some things out of your control and that's okay. counseling can also help with managing social skills or learning how to sustain relationships. it might take a while but it's good to try to learn this skill.
