Went out with the girl. Now what?

Recently, I asked a co-worker to hang out, have some drinks and she accepted. We had a lot of fun and really enjoyed our time together. At one point, I discovered that she showed my photo to her parents before going. However, when we talked about a second meeting, she talks about inviting more friends. When I brought dating in the conversation, she says that she is ok being single and that we need to know each other more if we were to date. I don't know if I will be able to change this relationship into dating or if we will just remain friends.

Im just thinking from a woman’s perspective. If I like a guy co worker and we went out on a date, I would WANT to hang out again, but definitely not with other people. However I do agree when she mentions getting to know you better. But if I were in that position I wouldn’t mention that I wasn’t looking to date. I wouldn’t mention anything that hints at disinterest. So, it kinda sorta sounds like she may not be super into you. Maybe she has a different crush but is open to the idea of seeing you. That’s what I gather from this
