Lost my attraction to almost all women after multiple failed serious relationships. I am too scared to approach a certain woman. How do I overcome it?

I am really into this woman, but since there are very limited chances and circumstances to meet her in person, I am quite reluctant to text her. We have barely ever spoken. She seems my type, and I want to get to know her better.

If you already know your situation wouldn’t be the best then don’t bother wasting either of your time. Instead of pursuing a woman right now, maybe you should focus on healing your trauma. What you don’t want is to make her or any other woman pay for the hurt you experienced in the past. Even if that wouldn’t be your intention, those negative emotions always read their ugly heads in one way or another. I just wouldn’t wanna risk it.

My advice to guys who are struggling like this is always, "Cast a wide net." Learn to approach any woman who is single and seems interesting. Do not limit yourself to a specific type, either. Disregard race, eye color, hair color, and things like that. and if she rejects don't get upset of depressed. Smile and say something like, "Have a great rest of your day." or something approriate. And then move on to another potential partner. You will likely get a lot on "No, thank you." responses, but that is fine. This in not baseball. Being 5 for 50 is better than being 1 for 3.

But why should I approach them if I am not attracted to them because most seem too "unreliable" and "untrustworthy", even "fickle"? And not try to overcome my anxiety to approach the woman I really like?

don't push it. Just be casual around women and don't feel pressure to get them to like you. Take a break and hang out with friends.

Then how do I let them know I like them if I am casual and not flirty?

take a break from doing that. If you meet a woman at a bar while your friends are hanging out, shooting pool or throwing darts, just talk about what's going on at the bar. Just casually chat like you would with anyone.
