Trending & News He has a legal obligation to share that information because he is a man not a woman and he does not have a vagina he does not have breasts he does not have XX chromosomes. He does not have the pelvic bone of a woman. He does not have a uterus, fallopian tubes, ovaries, labia majora, labia minora. He does not go through a period or menstrual cycle once a month. As such any sexual act that transpires before that information is disclosed falls under rape.
Definition of rape: unlawful sexual activity and usually sexual intercourse carried out forcibly or under threat of injury against a person's will or with a person who is beneath a certain age or incapable of valid consent because of mental illness, mental deficiency, intoxication, unconsciousness, or deception.
Failing to disclose that information falls under incapable of valid consent due to deception.
Men can not nor ever will be women and to suggest or think otherwise is insulting to women. I understand this may upset some people so allow me to leave you with the following... I don't care. If you claim to be trans go be with someone who is trans. Stop pushing your garbage on people who are mentally sane. Also don't ever try and push your bs on children. Parents (myself included) are fantastically out of patience when it comes to this garbage being pushed on our kids.
You, my dear, would have a very difficult time with that one in court
No I really wouldn't. Especially since trans people are already known for their lying and mental delusions and desperation to be with real men or women so much so they are trying to force real men/women to date them by wanting it to be considered transphobic to turn them down for being trans. Trans people have outed themselves so spectacularly that getting them arrested and charged for rape would be quite easy. So you have fun with that and remember if you don't share you raped him or her and you deserve the consequences
Oh yeah and I could easily just have their genetic information run at my lab to prove they are a male since no matter what level of surgery they do they still contain the same genetic information as a man. Yeah being called on testify for the accuser that a trans "woman" is not a woman is something I have had to deal with a few times. Have already helped lock up a few trans people for rape.
So, I'm going to be a lady about this and offer you the opportunity to admit that you don't know what you're talking about now. Alternatively I challenge you to play act this courtroom scenario out with me, with you as the witness, and I will make you look very silly in front of everyone.
You are hilarious. You wouldn't even understand half the genetic information I have to bring people through. There are protein levels and bone density reports, mineral and vitamin levels. X rays, genetic sequencing, brain scans, heart rate, blood temperature, body temperature, facial structure, bone length, and many other details used to illustrate the differences between men and women. Not to mention doctors notes from the surgeons that did the procedure and what went into it. So tell you what you go get the required degree to actually speak on the subject and then we can have a little chat.
Also if you are trans you aren't a lady nor will you ever be.
Saying science words doesn't mean you understand what you're saying... biology is on my side on this one, not yours, if you'd like, I can easily provide a reference from a real scientist who actually went to a university and obtained real, accredited degrees in biology
Here is a really simple example of a question I have had to answer. Do you know the characteristics of the pelvic bone? Are they different in men and women? Please explain to the court. You go ahead and let me know when you have an answer to that without having to research it. Not able to? That's fine tell me do women have the same length femur bones as trans women on average? How about this... do trans women have xx chromosomes? Or perhaps. Define a woman without using the word woman or girl. I can answer all of these questions and many others and have had to many times.
So I gather by your silence you realized you done goofed? Or are you desperately trying to research the answers to those questions in the hopes I don't have more questions to prove that trans women are not women but in fact men pretending to be women?
I have been busy with thing called a job, you should try it sometime.

Here is someone more educated than you on this subject, please take the time to learn from a real scientist
Lol well darn guess my doctorate masters and bachelors degrees are all fake. Same with the lab I owned and worked at. Year I retired 4 years ago and currently spend my time with my wife and kids in varying homes and properties around Europe. But I do thank you for the hilarious comment of "here is a real scientist" coupled with listing a YouTube video 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. I needed a good laugh. I see you have yet to answer any of the questions I regularly have to answer worry not I shall provide the answers. Question 1 yes I know the characteristics of the pelvic bone. Question 2 yes they are different in men and women. Statement 1. women have larger and wider pelvic bones and a rounder pelvic inlet. That is the space in the middle of the bone. You know the part that babies get pushed through. Where as men have a taller narrower pelvis. Along with distinguishing features like a longer, narrower, and straighter sacrum. That is bit that forms the base of your spinal column and is connected to your pelvis. Question 3 femur length in women ranges from 35.8 cm to 43.6cm while trans women have a femur length ranging from 38.1 cm to 47.5 cm which strangely is the same as men's femur length. Question 4. Outside of very rare medical conditions or genetic mutations women are born with XX chromosomes while trans women are born with XY chromosomes as they are men. Definition 1. Human adult female. Or if you prefer the biological definition: an individual of the sex which conceives and brings forth young, or which has an ovary or ovaries and produces ova.
Now please "make me look silly in front of everyone" just make sure you have your facts straight because if you don't the humiliation will be quite painful.
So, by your definition if someone is infertile, they cannot be female human?
So you claim to be a woman and yet you do not have understand the definition lol. Fascinating reading comprehension from someone who is supposedly going to make me look silly. Does an infertile woman still have ovaries? Yes. Let me guess you plan to say "BuT wHaT aBoUt HyStErEcToMiEs" answer. Before the hysterectomy they had ovaries. Guess what trans women don't have and can't have... ovaries. Like I said make sure your facts are straight. Would you like to try again or ready to concede
I gather that's a no on trying again 🤣🤣
What happened? Thought you were going to make me look silly? Was the humiliation too strong? Or did you realize I was right and scurried off somewhere?
I wouldn't be dating one in the first place because I can't be tricked into thinking a guy is a girl.
We can tell the difference just by looking, I'd notice and immediately lose interest (assuming it wasn't already so obvious that I never had interest to begin with).
Its never going to be 100% convincing. He might trick a guy until he drops his pants if he's especially feminine looking, but in most cases, trannies just look and sound like crossdressing men.
Seeing as I don't hump until 3 years into knowing a woman, a guy faking being a woman would have zero chance in fooling me.

"She" better not try to trick him if "she" don't want to die, truth need to be told.
Yes absolutely, I'd want to know well before I even start talking to it so I can stay tf away from it. I don't want anything to do with a "girl" who was born a man. Once a man always a man.
Yes I'm thats definitely somthing that should be discussed
Okay, and your reasoning?
Good reasoning, of course she could simply tell him up front that she can't have kids because of a birth defect...
Because it doesn't define her and she doesn't want them to see them as anything but what they are... a woman
So u want to trick someone into a relationship nobody said it dont define u but u are not only a women but a trans women saying that dont change the fact if you are scared they might not love u because of it fair enough but hiding it from them just shows u don't trust them and the relationship is built on lies if thats what makes u happy thats fine but thats pretty selfish
He damn well better tell me. If he doesn't, he'll be lucky to live through it.
That's something one should include already in their dating profile.
Also she would still be a male, just a less obvious one.
I mean I’d probably find out anyway.
How?
Man, you can get all the Frankenstein surgery on the planet and take every chemical concoction, you’ll still get clocked.
OF COURSE.
I wouldn't care
I wouldn't want to.
