Is it normal that a 40+ I'm still afraid of women and never had any experiences with them? Why are a few people like this while most are not?

We are 100% responsible for the direction our life takes based on the decisions we have before us. Whether it's deciding to be physically fit or not, improve our education, capabilities, skills, pursue a risky but rewarding career path, develop social skills, etc. It's all on us. There's nothing to be afraid of when it comes to your typical woman, they're people just like you. They got stresses, worries, problems of their own, they're "afraid" of socializing with new people as much as anyone else.

Have that heart to heart conversation with yourself. You know it will take hard work to be a more eligible and attractive man.

I was in similar situation at 35. Had no real experience and had previously frozen when in certain situations. Had had no relationships and had strong aversion to physical intimacy.
It's possible to turn things around, with some self reflection and hard work.
By 40 I was engaged with 2 kids.

Todays women are completely weaponized against men. Its not thier fault. They were raised to be that way by our culture. I've watched it happen since I was in college 40 odd years ago. They started pushing feminist studies back then. And I sat in on one of tiger classes in 1978. EVERY woman in the class looked at me with hate in their eyes. They have not changed at all and have GOTTEN worse.
