I have this close friend and we work together. We laugh together and tell each other everything. We’re both bisexual girls. She’ll spontaneously touch my shoulder while talking and once we were talking about veins and she traced her finger up my veins. We had a joking argument and she stared at me smirking and kept lingering.
We’re receptionists and I’m supposed to take over for her but she’ll stay after her shift when she can just to talk to me.
Me and her have been drunk together a few times. I had a grad party and invited this friend and I got too carried away and tried to kiss her. She was thrown off for a sec but we made out four times. My ex was there and said we were both really into it.
The day after my friend said it was platonic and that I was drunk and celebrating. My friend has mentioned in the past she’s made out with friends and flirted. When we told our other coworker we made out she freaked out but then said she wasn’t surprised we made out. We laugh about that night now though and I was like “yeah we kissed and it didn’t mean anything” and my friend told me to keep my voice down and then was like “well… “ and was smirking.
She now has another job after this one so she leaves our job on time. On her off day she stayed two hours after her shift just to talk to me and at the end she said she stayed because of me and was like “it’s because I miss you”.
I have a crush on this lesbian from my college. Once my friend wanted to tell me about her trip she took and we started talking about lesbians and I mentioned my crush and how hot lesbians are and my friend was like “I’m going to California in 3 months with friends and had a new years kiss”. she's also told me I’m very very cute when I talk about my lesbian crush.
She’s seeing this guy but he’s in music and that’s what my friend wants to do and she doesn’t seem that into him.
She’s said we’re friends but has also said sometimes friends can be more but you’re scared of compromising things.

Based on everything you described, it does sound like there could be some real flirty vibes and attraction between you and your friend. A few things that stood out:
- The lingering touches, eye contact and tracing your veins sounds intimate. Friends don't usually do that.
- She goes out of her way to stay late and talk to you, saying she misses you. That shows she really values your company.
- Making out multiple times when drunk, even if she said it was platonic, is definitely crossing a line. None of my friends have ever made out "platonically".
- She gets jealous when you mention your crush and says you're cute. Friends don't usually react that way.
- Her comments about sometimes friends being more could hint she feels that way and is scared to admit it.
It seems pretty obvious there's at least some chemistry and interest there on her part. I'd say ask her outright how she really feels when you get a chance. Better to get clarity than wonder! If she's into you too, maybe see where things could go. You never know unless you take that step. Hope this helps give you some courage to find out the truth! Let me know what happens.
Sounds like she could be into you just doesn't want to fuck the friendship up
y'all literally made out 4 times bro😐
