The age gap is always an issue of intellectual maturity.
Usually, women are about 2-3 years ahead of men in terms of intellectual maturity.
Given that you are 25, that would give you a maturity of about 22-23, which is okay. An age gap of 3-4 years is acceptable but not ideal in my opinion.
The important is that both are aware of the risks of such a large age gap and that you can live with it. Some people are willing to make a number of concessions while others think of the possible resulting issues that could arise. It is up to both of you to know if the chemistry can work on a long-term basis.
