First date set up tips?

Hey! So, I matched with this girl on a dating app. Currently, I'm kinda in a place where I'm not sure what I want (and I've been upfront with her about it), but she's looking for "someone who wants to build up to a relationship in the future". Despite this, she's keen on meeting up to see if we hit it off, which I'm open to. We're planning to catch up around noon since she's got plans later on in the day. Got a couple of things I'm pondering over:

1. I'm thinking of setting our meet-up for either 11 AM or right at noon. Given the vibe and our situation, where's a good spot? A chill coffee place or maybe a casual lunch spot? She wants me to pick up so I think we have time to discuss on the way to the place
2. It's been a hot minute since I've been on a date, plus English isn't my first language (but it is hers), so I'm pretty jittery about making sure our convo doesn't hit a dead end. Any pro tips for keeping the chat flowing and avoiding awkward silences?
3. I wanna be clear about not looking for anything serious right now, without coming off as a jerk or making things weird. How do I broach that subject? And how can I get a read on her expectations? I'm worried about a mismatch in what we're after creating a tense atmosphere.

hi, the main thing that springs to mind from me, is, just remember despite saying those words, now and in 4 weeks time or 3 months time. when male and female make love, the female has no choice regarding her biological emotional and physical response. she will start to fall in love... whereas the male is acting the same saying the same, but to her you are in, surely you're in, because its been 3 weeks etc.. im not saying you do not have the perfect right to go forward in perhaps this exact way... but you do need to accept that maybe just maybe you might get hooked... but if you're honest and make her speak her mind too, then its all out there... people choose to forget though, they pick and choose the bits that fits! their experience... but you're all good... keep the goodness in you young man... she's openly saying im open to meeting up with people with the possibility that one of you, just one might be the one... she sounds intelligent to me... if i met someone on a date and if we were chill then he told me he did this, to get some help for the date. id love him an incy bit on the spot!!!
