Absolutely not because I don't have kids. If I were a single dad I might consider it but she still had better be an asset to my life and there would be conditions such as being willing to put out and if her kid gets out of line I will be able to discipline them.

No. Many reasons. Including, not paying for another guy's screw, not to mention she's more than likely to just see you as an ATM. I've seen this happen, many times before.
I would. If I were single I would be myself (2 kids). And I'd likely be looking for someone 35 plus so likely they'd have kids
She'd really have to convince me she is WORTH the gamble. I'm not going to say no. Just let me say she's a lot less marketable than childless women.
I would "date" a single mother for sex but not seriously consider a relationship with her.
