Do you think he likes her?

Im dating this guy, we have been together for about 4 months and we work together. Recently, this girl started working with us. I dont like her at all because she talks poorly about coworkers behind their back and then acts all nice in person. She is also way too friendly with guys and then asks them for favors or asks them to do her work. I really dont care about being friends with her, so I just keep it polite for work purposes. But she is good looking and the guy im dating keeps talking about how much he doesn’t like her either. At first I just thought he was going to tell me a couple of times why he doesn’t like her, but he keeps bringing it up. At one point I asked him if it was possible that he was attracted to her in some way, since he always talked about her, but he said no. He said that he dated once a girl like her, that was always looking for attention and throwing herself at guys for favors, and that he would never be interested or like a girl like that again. He admitted that she was cute, which I dont mind, but he said he would never actually like a girl with that kind of mentality. However, he always brings up why he doesn’t like her without me even asking. At one point I saw on his facebook that he searched her profile, which I thought it was weird but I never said anything. Do you think he likes her or something? It just feels like he constantly has to tell me that he hates her and talks about her out of nowhere.
