I am 32 turning 33 soon. I am more second half of millenials. For us, a better face was always more important. Yes a great body too. But face usually came first. My mate who is 28 and trying to date 21 year olds tho (more gen z) told me that yes the girls that age all want muscles and amazing bodies. So maybe yes its a trend. No clue.
