So, im 30f, I've lost a lot of weight and im recently single. My biggest fear in starting a relationship is my boobs, its my biggest insecurity.. they used to be big like really big, but now that i lost a lot of weight (70kg) they are still big but they sag down my belly. I hate looking myself naked in the mirror because i look like shit with them.. im against getting butchered and getting surgery, but im looking for other options thats non invasive. Ladies if you have any suggestions for let me know.

Keep in mind that we all have things about ourselves that we're insecure about. First off, good for you for losing weight and for not wanting to butcher your body either.

I think you need to practice some actual body positivity. Not the kind that tells you it's okay to be a fat loser, but the real kind that teaches you to accept defects that you can't change and instead treat yourself lovingly and kindly by living a health lifestyle. And you've all ready started that process. Losing 70 kg is no joke, that's a lot of weight to lose and I'm sure it took a lot of hard work to do it. That's a reason all ready to have a positive and loving attitude towards yourself.

I think the best thing is to keep working out. I don't know what physical shape you're in currently, but if the rest of your physique is pretty fit and in shape, most guys will overlook saggy boobs especially since all boobs are going to sag eventually, that's just gravity. Plus there's probably some exercises that can help a little with saggy breasts.

Also, look at this as a chance to develop your personality and sense of self-worth beyond just your body.

Hun, most women 30+ have saggy boobs or well on there way to it. I'm not going to say guys don't like a nice firm pair. But firmness aside what matters is the woman they're attached to. Guys like boobs in general. Guys are only going to see them during sexy time and it's you not your breasts he's going to be focused on at that time.
