First Dates Can Magical?

Sometimes that first date is so good it can last all nite just chatting and getting to know eachother over dinner. The type of date where you lose track of the time and you are just in your own bubble with this person. What are some of your favorite first dates?

I met a girl one night in a bar. She was the bartender. I asked her if she would go out with me and she invited me to a party at her house. So I went there and we hung out most of the night. I thought she was really nice.

My father was going to Florida for a week and i was going to house sit for him. My father had a setup in his fireplace so you could grill steaks indoors in the winter which it was. I invited this girl over and told her i would cook her dinner. She came to the house after work and we sat for a while and had drinks. She seemed magical in some weird way. I had just ended a long term relationship and. I was still trying to figure out what I was going to do. She seemed to sense that there was something going on with me. She said that she could tell that I was trying to act happy but there really was something bothering me.

I told her about the breakup and I told her not to think that i would rather be with somebody else. Then the coals were hot enough so I put the steaks on. I had some vegetables ready to cook.

We sat and talked while we had a steak dinner and I told her that she was very pretty and she did not have to get all dressed up for me.

After dinner we sat on the sofa and looked up at the moon through the skylight. Then we kissed and fter a while she told me she wanted to stay over. The sofa was a sofa bed that I was sleeping on. I pulled out the bed which she thought was cool and we spent the night together. We had sex but we also talked most of the night. It really was not how I thought the night was going to go. It was magical.

I guess one that stands out is a a date that was not a date but we decided was lol. I was in a pub on my own and got chatting to the barmaid. Just a random sort of chat and I was not really interested in anything more. Anyhow it was fairly quiet and we hit it off, we chatted all night pretty much, then went to her friends pub as they had a lock-in. We stopped up until morning just chatting, then grabbed breakfast at a cafe.

we went on to be in a relationship for nearly 2 years. We did have other dates after that first one, which we called a date that was a date but was really our first.
