Before I can answer that, I first have to say which aspect I find least attractive. There is nothing worse than someone who makes facts all about them. For example I was having a conversation a while back with a complete stranger at a party. It was something I knew very little about. Whilst the other person was explaining, someone else joined the conversation by refuting everything she had told me.

It may or may not be the case the last person to join the conversation was right, but I find rudeness renders ANY of the attributes listed above as moot!

Therefore my answer doesn't apply to any particular trait, but how the person delivers it which defines how attractive or indeed unattractive it is.
