Anything but an enthusiastic "yes" is a "NO". Now that doesn't mean It can't EVER be a "yes". It could be as simple as the other person was caught off guard. But either way you should move on. They know, now the ball is in THIER court with what they want to do with that, anything or nothing. And this question goes for BOTH genders.
