Earlier I went to my nearby fast food restaurant and saw this cute ass worker here, should I shoot my shot next time I gon see her, I know she doesn’t work here every day thought?

Next time you see her, definitely compliment her like "hey you always be looking fresh in here" or something to butter her up. But don't ask for her number yet - play it cool like you ain't tryna come on too strong.

Get your food or whatever and on the way out say something like "aight well you stay cute, catch you round!" with a little wave. Don't force it, let her see you more first.

If you come through a few times and y'all exchange a smile or two, then next time holla "we should hang for real sometime, what's your IG?" That way you shoot your shot but it ain't all awkward if she says nah. And IG is less pressure than the number straight up.
