It does mean something, it means the person who ghosted you has no empathy and also a lack of conscience which means they would have stabbed you in the back, lied to you or cheated on you in a blink of an eye because there is nothing wrong with betraying or hurting the other person in their eyes. This is an interesting question because like yeah of course it is a red flag but like you obviously are not talking to that person any more so why would it matter? Unless you're asking if you asked someone that you're interested in if they have ever ghosted someone then it could be but let's be honest we have all forgotten to message someone back and in lack of better terms "ghosted them".

Yes its a Red Flag when you do not have the courage to end a relationship, but instead just cut them off with no explanation e. g. ghosting them.

The only kind of 'Ghosting' I can understand is when the person who is doing the 'Ghosting' has found out that their SO is cheating on them, and thus have cut that SO out of their life leaving no contact Number, Email, Social Media.

Well, it’s a strong indicator of selfishness, immaturity, and perhaps even some narcissism. There are better ways to remove people from your life. However, some behavior absolutely warrants a hard, immediate, and no courtesy or explanation is even required. I suppose it depends on the nature of the relationship and the offense.

One way, or another, it is. Either the ghost is running from red flags, or the act of them ghosting is it's own red flag because they can't address normal adult situations appropriately.
