I would challenge someone to tell if a person is 21 or 23. It is very normal for that age to date. I was dating a girl that had left university when I was still there, it’s really just a common thing.

It's not creepy or weird. It's risky because of how immature a 21 year old guy is. But maybe he was one of those kids that didn't get coddled and he matured more quickly.
