This woman just keeps popping up. I told him to block her. I even offered to do the honors of blocking her. Which I did do so I thought things would be good. Thinking they can’t get in touch with one another. He has still been talking to this woman, the only thing is she can’t call or text him so he has made it his duty to text and call her. We live together, he has invited this woman over, showered with him, kissed her. Expressed that he loved her and she told him the same. I saw all of this through text and my heart sort of sank. I don’t know what to do. I know he still loves and cares for me because he makes sure I never see or run into her. In a way, he’s still respecting me but he seems to have feelings for this one particular woman.

He recently got fired from his job and guess who he told right after telling me? Her. He talks to her like they’re best friends. He tells her his future plans, he talks to her about nice places to move near him because she’s apartment searching. He’s planned dates etc it’s more than sex/cheating. I read all of this in his phone so I can only imagine what they talk on the phone about for hours or what they talk about when they meet up. Their phone conversations from what I found lasted for two hours plus.

I think it’s frivolous to wonder whether he sees or doesn’t see a future and more important to wonder about how he sees YOU. If he’s cheating, he obviously doesn’t see you as someone to respect. We literally live together. The woman had no idea I existed until I texted her and told her. After that I remember seeing messages of her telling him that she was gonna leave him alone but my boyfriend talked her into staying around for the “experience” and ever since they have both just been messing around behind my back.

I don’t think she wants to be with him. He has talked her into just seeing it as a fun adventure with two people who deeply like one another. He slipped up and kept some conversations between them in his phone.

I guess so. It’s just hard to wrap my head around it and let go. We have been staying together for three years. He pays the rent, I pay other bills and we both have a mental connection that either of us don’t want to lose but at the same time it’s like, is the mental connection as strong as we think. It’s probably exactly what you said. He can call me his girlfriend to another woman all day long but if he’s not treating me like one, then all it is a title/word to keep me where I am while he does what he does and keeps searching for what he wants. Then, he didn’t even claim me as a girlfriend until I texted her and told I was his girlfriend. Before that I was the ex, who he got his “rocks off.” With, with three cats , having problems with her mom and had to end up staying with him with while bringing my cats with me. Which is something he complains about often. That was the story he told her.
