Robots, I believe people will turn to robots for their partners. Those that might be so real that you almost couldn’t tell the difference. Fully automated robots ready to do whatever you ask of them, including going to work on your behalf and bringing you all the money.
Holy shit... this world is getting scary. Real relationships will be obsolete soon 😅
The human race is gonna die off
People will still want kids, and they will have them. But actual dating will probably be a thing of the past.
Thanks for the MHO.

They'll start dating robots. Will cut down on STDs and divorce rates at the same time...
And pregnancies and population
It’s not for the better people shouldn’t be meeting strangers online especially inviting them into their private residences when you don’t know who the fuck they are. They could be a rapist, a killer, and the list is genuinely endless.
There are thieves and there is also just toxic people you don’t need in your life. Especially when all people want to do is have sex. Nothing else. It seems so boring and that so many people are only happy if they’re hooking up with someone.
They will have to start dating in person again because online will be to fake. If its full of easy to use face changers, filters and full on AI persona's you have no idea what your getting yourself in to and this will to prominent for dating to last. So were going to have to meet up in person again like the old times.
@sawnoThat's quite a naive take.
@Shiningtempest Because?
AI generated algorithm to match with someone who matches your skin color, race, language, ethnicity, and Bio 99.9% to get the right person for you.
If it isn’t a successful date it learns from the mistake and tries something new.
That is at least how I see it, I’m not agreeing with it or endorsing it, just stating that I believe we are going down that path.
It already has changed it. People go by looks and never understand personality unless they choose to meet people in person
Bro thats not a new thing it has always been looks>personality when you first meet a person even outside dating apps.
can't tell me you see an ugly girl and are like oh she's so kind I wanna marry and have sex with her.
The thing I agree with is that guys suck taking pictures. If you ever looked over the shoulder of a girl-friend browsing dating apps you're in for a shock.
Looks is just a start. Yet, you will be surprised at how many unattractive people with actual social skills can attract someone
There’s always an attraction, even if it’s not physical. Sometimes all it takes is someone to hear how you sound, speak, or smell.
@TheRealPepperPotts Luckily I have some sense and don't do that (not that it helps with online dating anyways), but I sympathize with guys out there.
Guys are not as fraternal or aesthetic-oriented as girls. Girls take photos of each other 24/7 when they go out and have photos of pretty much every occasion. They also take photos of themselves often and through experience, have a good understanding of which angles look good for them.
When they go to a beach in bikinis, they aren't afraid to ask each other to take photos, whereas with guys it's seen as kind of narcissistic or gay to do the same.
So all the majority of guys are left with are maybe a few shitty photos and bad angle sense. Thus the reason they go to the bathroom and take a terrible selfie. It's the main place with a mirror and enough lighting.
Otherwise, I don't think it's rocket science to do something like having the first image to be a great above the shoulders portrait shot with a smile, second being a full body image in a social setting, third with the guy doing an activity he likes, fourth maybe to show he has a social life with friends, fifth of him and his dog, etc.
But again... it's not as easy for guys as it is for girls. We judge way too much online. I genuinely wish social and dating apps were left obsolete so people start talking to each other in person more or are more receptive to being approached.
@HawkPerception Well... I see your point with that. :(
It just feels like he doesn't care about how he presents himself. I mean, there are a thousand articles on how to make a good profile and take good photos for it, and they can't be bothered to take and post four or five decent photos, like you said? I'm with you, I think a public forum to meet people locally or even regionally would be a better option. I've seen a few guys who actually have decent photos, so obviously some have figured it out. But the bathroom one is almost becoming a meme at this point, it's so pervasive.
@TheRealPepperPotts To be fair, I actually somewhat agree with you on that and just an opinion I have, but I'd assume that the dudes with bathroom pics are less intelligent than the dudes that have figured out they should be avoided on profile at all costs 😂 I say it how I see it.
@HawkPerception Truth! :D
90% of women will only like 10% of men. Birth rates will drop. Dating will almost completely die. It's already starting to happen. Right now 80% of women like 20% of men. I just think it'll be like now but worse.
I feel like the only way that will change (assuming the problem is that bad in reality) is forced cultural shaming and re-education or whatnot.
you're probably right. i don't see any other way. it's beauty standards. apparently most men aren't attractive according to USA data.
be nice if it got better by aligning values, personalities, qualities.
but I suspect it just goes virtual reality, and it's just as hard.
People will have chips implanted in their brains and endorphins will dispensed when you subscribe to a service and you will automatically be attracted to somebody.
honestly i think people will turn to technology for validation, conversation, company and community. i think we're legit in the first chapter of "the matrix" where machines basically start getting better than us in much more aspects of life than we ever wanted to.
I don’t think dating will exist anymore. It’s already impossible.
People are already married to phones, fishing for likes and expressing feelings with emojis. Future of dating is in the Bruce Willis robot movie, surrogate or some shit.
Not much in the decade but, perhaps in forty years, provided we can find something to replace the transistor because we are approaching the limit of the minimum size and complexity of transistors.
There will be a bigger increase in artificial sex dolls and the upper middle class man will be the primary consumer.
At least in the USA, dating will no longer be a thing, people will just do hookups.
I think more people will prefer to date robots or AI chatbots in the future.
Kinda funny but the’ll fuck pussies harder than men hehe
AI has the potential to change many things in our lives, way beyond just dating. It's actually scary.
iRobot, anyone?
I think AI will be a big factor, might end up people not dating humans
Next decade? RN it's revolutionizing relationships
Virtually i guess
No dating AI enhanced sexbots….
It will destroy them.
