Since he's your coworker, I'd say just try your best to act professional at work and focus on keeping your crush feelings low-key. Maybe subtly flirt a little if you can't help it, but nothing over the top that would cause drama.

At the same time though, you never know what could happen down the line if he ends up single again someday. I'd say stay cool with him as a friend for now in case anything changes.

As for getting over your crush, the best thing is to meet other cute guys! See if any of your single friends want to set you up. Or just put yourself out there on the dating apps. The more dates you go on, the more your work crush will fade into the background.
