Well it's a question was asked a little bit different like what I get into a relationship with somebody that had deep depression

Or would I stay in a relationship that I was already in with a person that started getting deep depression I would until I knew that I couldn't do anything for her anymore when I've exhausted all my. Ideas of trying to help I would probably have to walk away

But that just means walk away that does not mean stay out of their life or still not try to help them no matter what.

I was married to a girl that suffered from severe depression and anxiety , it sadly was one of the hardest relationships I have even been in , she was barely ever happy and barely ever wanted to do anything , her depression got worse through the years to the point I had no other choice but to walk away.

Nah, the only reason to do so is because they're really hot. The personality of someone with severe depression is severely depressed. So you're left with "well, you're hot enough and make me feel good enough in bed that I can overlook... you".

Not worth it, and it isn't like they'll get over it.
