Ladies, why do you keep picking abusive men or broken men to date?

I cannot understand beyond belief why women who have been victims of abuse who are "broken" would want to go back to men who abuse them and treat them poorly.

Is it because they crave the drama of trying to fix a man? Or maybe they enjoy abusive men? Even the women come across really good guys who really love them. But they put them in the friend zone and well when a girl puts a guy there then it's pretty much well 🤷 your screwed.

They have a broken idea of what a man is and how they act.

But it's more they miss the few good times they had. Some do miss being manipulated not making choices! Adulting is hard and very hard with kids

Psychologically speaking people prefer familiarity. If you grew up in an abusive situation you subconsciously find comfort it in.
