Would you be offended if somebody did not know you were romantically valuable?

Question

My cousin thought my boyfriend was a scam artist that was trying to hack my bank account or kidnap me cause she does not know why a very smart and rich guy would date me.

My cousin tells 2000 times more lies than me but she believes she is very desirable and in high demand because she is rich and educated with 4 degrees.

She thinks there is no merit, beauty, value or intelligence at all in my honesty and kindness. She actually thinks my honesty is a sign of social retardation and stupidity and she tried to claim power of attorney over me which is why I have not spoken to her in months.

I got high 90s at the University of Toronto and just because I'm an honest person, she thinks I'm mentally retarded.

Me personally, I have just gotten to the point where I no longer care what people think of me in that aspect. It used to hurt me a bit when I was younger and when I was more susceptible to peoples opinions and how they saw me. Now, I don't even half way listen to them because I had to realize that I am not everyone's cup of tea, but also everyone isn't mine either. However, there are some tea's I would drink if you catch my drift here. Everyone likes what they like, and if they don't like you that's fine!! What you think of yourself matters most. Especially when it comes to anything that has to do with a relationship, or just how people see you. As long as you see you valuable that's all that matters. Any person that speaks on someone else's life is insecure about something in themselves. Yyou have a boyfriend who loves you, If someone is speaking down on you and things are going great for you, they're jealous. And also, you having a boyfriend is proof enough that you are romantically valuable to someone else as well. You keep your head up queen and I wish nothing but the best for you and your relationship.
