Is it easier to date in a city than in a small town?

I’ve noticed a pattern with my friends who have never left her hometown. I think she’s a cute girl but she straight up asked me if she was ugly because guys were treating her bad. I’ve personally never dated anyone from hometown because I wasn’t particularly popular in high school not a straight up weirdo either. A lot of them are stuck in the past. I’ve had the most beautiful relationships when I left. I’m not saying this is everyone’s experience but I’ve had guys from who highschool with over inflated egos who don’t really have great careers tell me they were looking for that perfect girl whose a ten who goes out and has a lot of friends… But after I left I was pursued by nba players, CEO’s, extra. What’s your experience dating in a small town.

You have more people so more options but from what I heard city people are more of dicks than town people and I assume cause in cities it's a bunch of strangers when in towns it's people that eventually get to know each other and it's a small community.

Small towns are friendly if you are like the other people in the town. They can be very unfriendly to anyone who is different.

There are a lot more people to meet, so it can be easier to find someone you like. It depends on how much you have in common with the people around you.
