Uhh, I don't know man. If she straight up told you she just wants to be friends, I wouldn't keep pushing it. That's kind of a clear signal she's not interested in dating you romantically.

Granted, some girls say that to let you down easy when maybe they just wanna slow things down. But in that case, they'll usually still flirt and leave the door open a crack. If she's just responding friendly but not showing any interest, I'd take the hint.
