How do guys feel when their exes get hotter?

So I've been in some situations with some guys. Many of them don't work out (perhaps hookups, situations, people I knew, etc) but these people keep following me on social media and I see them watching my stuff. I do wonder why they keep watching?

I post like once a month on my Instagram feed, and once every 2 weeks on my story. It's always something interesting, not just thrist traps and stuff of that sort. I would say I'm fairly attractive, but I've also started working out. So I'm leveling up and working on myself.

How do guys feel when they see a girl they used to talk to get even hotter and looks happy?

Oddly the opposite seems to happen. None of my exes got hotter. They either stayed the same or got worse. It's usually the women I couldn't have or weren't ever interested in who oddly become hotter over time and better themselves.
