In such a SF scenario, I'd tend to perceive me as me in all instances I guess? The real concern I can see is if different versions of myself would coexist in the same time and space permanently.

that happened to me once. she wasn't an SO, but we were figuring it out (early stages). then i drive us out in her car to a club/bar. and she ends up making out with another guy in front of me and her brothers friend.
