Should I block my ex?

So i ve been hanging out with my ex boyfriend lately (we dated for two years on and off)

i didn't want to get back to him.
He would suddenly hug me and ask for forgiveness when we were out shopping.

I feel like the hugs are disrespectful. He offer nothing , not really putting effort on it.

Also , he would call and ask if i miss him. He would get angry when i said no. And laugh at my family s drama , also hang up the phone.

He wants to go travelling in Japan and asked me to go with him. I’ve been there for a few times so i’m not interested especially when i have to pay my own ticket, (i don’t even know if i have to share a room with him) Is like an extra expense.

So i said no.

My birthday is coming i guess he has no plan on it like before.
He would just constantly ask where i want to go for birthday.

Should i just block him? 😢😢😢

All that hugging and asking if you miss him when you said no already is wack. He just tryna manipulate you with gifts when you said you ain't interested.
