I think it's easier to fall in love with somebody who is tall and intelligent with a beautiful face. But I would say being in love feels the same after you have fallen in love, whether its a normal person that takes years to fall in love with or whether it is a 10 out of 10 model that takes 6 months to fall in love with.

I think you are confusing/conflating love and infatuation. Really good looks increases infatuation, but love is not based on looks - it's based on personality, attitude, morals, and values. If the latter are bad, the person's good might cause you to overlook it for a while, but before too long, they won't matter and you will break up.

Good morals and values rarely come in an overly beautiful package, but too many people can't get past looks and keep choosing low-moral people for their looks (or sometimes money) and then complain about their poor outcomes. But most never change, and keep repeating the same choices over and over again. Women do this almost universally but there are also men who do it too.

So many people have crazy expectations that they can have it all, and in this case, that they are going to get the perfect partner - but there are no perfect people and even if a few existed, the vast majority of people wouldn't qualify for one.

The vast majority of people are AVERAGE, and should expect to end up with a partner who is AVERAGE - but so many people find that idea completely offensive because they believe that they are SPECIAL somehow - despite their results pretty strongly demonstrating otherwise. That's among the biggest problems with relationships today.

And it's such a problem that we're going to have a couple of generations who the majority end up alone and profoundly lonely and will struggle mightily before they are forced to confront the fact that their own values and expectations got them there. Then, they will need to teach younger generations pretty much the opposite of what they were taught, and hope they listen...

Iike to look deeper. I don't fall for a pretty face. { now I have to be honest.. I lost a man and never ever wanted one again...} but I do the same with friendships.

If I like the person inside I don't care how he or she looks. Beauty is just skin deep..

Physical appearance is not the main determiner of the amount of love. It's most of the time about the energy, aura and sexual compatibility etc.
